You're the #1 brand in this market, but recommended in only 30% of queries.
Across 30 captures on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Ridgeview Window Cleaning appears in 17 responses and is the primary recommendation in 11. That makes you the market leader in a landscape of 19 competing brands.
The biggest single bottleneck is on Perplexity: you're mentioned in 60% of responses but recommended in only 30% — a 30-point gap. AI lists you, then recommends someone else. Classic passing-reference problem — the fix is language on your site, not visibility. ChatGPT is a separate problem: 30% presence, 20% recommendation.
The cheapest wins: 5 'passing reference' mentions where AI names you but does not endorse — the cheapest conversions; your "15 years in business in the Pacific Northwest" claim does not surface in any AI answer yet and can be added to site content. The full priority list follows in the dashboard and playbook.

Methodology
How we score: every prompt is sent to
each engine; the answer is parsed for brand mentions classified into
primary recommendation, secondary mention, passing reference, or absent.
Scores are category-weighted so a category with 12 prompts doesn't
drown out one with 2 — dimensions are computed per-category, then
combined using profile-specific weights.
Recommendation weighting: being the
first-listed recommendation matters more than being fifth; position 1
gets a 1.25× multiplier, position 3+ gets 0.85×.
Priority move ranking:leverage = impact / √effort × confidence. This is why trivial
low-impact wins can't outrank high-impact content work, even if they're
quick — square-root dampening prevents "just do the easy one" bias.
Confidence intervals: every dimension carries a 95% binomial
CI. Small-sample fluctuations are visible as wide intervals — don't
over-interpret a 5-point score change when n=10.
