Every quote, read twice.

Once by the script, once by me. If an AI fabricated a citation or paraphrased the source past recognition, it gets flagged and pulled before scoring. You don’t see invented mentions in your report.

“Acme Co.” in one answer and “Acme Cleaning” in the next is the same business — but a script counts them twice. I match variants back to one entity so you’re not penalized for the AI’s inconsistency.
