We treat all client business information as confidential. We will not share your business details, audit results, or competitive intelligence with third parties without your express consent. Anonymized, aggregated data may be used for benchmarking purposes.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from following our recommendations.
Audits are point-in-time diagnostics. AI engine behavior is outside our control and changes constantly — model updates, training-data refreshes, web-index changes, and competitor content can all move results between the moment we capture data and the moment you read the report. Re-running the same query minutes later may produce a different answer. Each audit reflects a measurement of one specific point in time, not a guarantee of future visibility.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeCited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
